1. I aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours, so please check your spam and if you haven't heard back from me/ or if it's really short notice feel free to nudge me on instagram, whatsapp or direct email!
2. Depending on what you're enquiring about (wedding/elopement etc.) If I'm available I will send you a relevant brochure which will outline my pricing and style of work in more detail along with some example galleries.
3. In the email I will also share a link to book a video call with me if you want to have a chat and see if I can be the right fit for your celebration.
4. After responding to your enquiry, If I haven't heard from you - I will check in again, I know we all get so busy we can miss emails especially mid-wedding planning! If you decide to go in an alternative direction for whatever reason, there's no hard feelings (but a quick message is always appreciated! x) and if you DO decide to book me....
5. I will send you all the relevant booking documents - upon signing the contract and deposit payment you're all booked in! Hell yeah! Time to celebrate!
